The ongoing conflict and humanitarian crisis in Gaza is devastating and winter is making the immense suffering worse. Civilian infrastructure has been almost completely destroyed, while 96% of people don’t have enough food.

With a ceasefire agreement now in place, the level of humanitarian need in Gaza remains extremely high.

As well as the conflict, clean water is scarce, and the healthcare system has all but collapsed. Most families have been displaced several times, but there is nowhere safe to go. Red Cross and Red Crescent teams are ready to scale up support to those who desperately need it.
